5 Sugar-free dessert recipes everyone loves

Sugar-free easy and yummy recipes 

Tahini balls 

These yummy little treats with a middle eastern twist are perfect for a quick snack and they are great to fill the school lunch box with a nourishing guilt-free dessert. 

Ingredients 

  • ½ cup unsweetened desiccated coconut. 
  • 1 cup tahini. 
  • ½ cup maple syrup. 
  • ¼ cup raisins. 
  • 2 Tbsp sesame seeds.
  • ¼ cup finely chopped dried dates.  
  • ¼ cup finely chopped dried apricots. 

Method

Mix all the ingredients, then freeze them for 30 minutes to firm up. Then remove from the freezer and shape the mixture into small balls. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for an hour before consuming them. 

Easy chocolate mousse 

Who doesn’t love chocolate?! This easy dessert is loved by everyone no matter their age. You will love it the most because it's east and sugar-free. 

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream. 
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa. 
  • ½ cup Monk fruit Sugar Powdered Sugar Sweetener. 

Method

Mix the heavy whipping cream and sweetener on a medium-low speed mixer until it thickens up. Add cacao powder and beat until stiff peaks. Divide the chocolate mousse into serving glasses and decorate as desired.

3 ingredients coconut cookies 

These yummy treats are sugar-free and gluten-free, which makes them the perfect snack for the school lunch box. You can enjoy them as well guilt free with your morning coffee

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut. 
  • ⅓ cups oats. 
  • 2 ripe bananas. 

Method 

Put the shredded coconut and the oats in a food processor and run until they look like crumbs. Add the peeled and sliced bananas and pulse. The final mixture should look like a paste. 

Use the ice-cream scooper to scoop each cookie, and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180 C for 20 minutes. 

Sugar-free cinnamon cake 

A slice of this delicious guilt-free cake with your afternoon tea will just make your day. 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons of Monk fruit.
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 cups raisins
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts.

Directions

Preheat oven to 175 degrees C. Grease and flour a cake baking pan. In a saucepan combine raisins with water and cook until the water is absorbed, then let them cool. Combine eggs, applesauce, vegetable oil, vanilla, and Monk fruit. Mix well. Add flour, baking soda, and ground cinnamon, to the egg mixture. Stir until just combined. Mix in raisins and chopped nuts. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for one hour.

Berries Sorbet 

This guilt-free dessert is excellent to cool down in the hot weather. Your kids will love it we guarantee that. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Monk Fruit sweetener. 
  • 1 cup water. 
  • 3 ½ cups frozen mixed berries, thawed. 
  • ½ cup heavy cream. 

Directions

In a large mixing bowl dissolve the sweetener in water. 

In a food processor or blender, puree berries until smooth, adding sweetened water gradually. Pour in the cream, and pulse until blended. Pour mixture into serving cups and let freeze until mixture is very thick.
