Dr. Ibrahim H. Baltagi is a lecturer at the Lebanese American University. He served as the head of the music program at the Lebanese International University. Dr. Baltagi is a former professor of music education at Baldwin Wallace University and was a teaching associate at The Ohio State University in the United States. He received his Ph.D. in music education from The Ohio State University in Columbus. In addition to the Ph.D., Dr. Baltagi holds several postgraduate and professional certifications related to music and education.
