Throughout her career working closely with children, she observed the stark difference in performance between well-rested children and those who struggled with sleep. This sparked her growing interest in studying children's sleep habits. Driven by this passion, she decided to pursue it full-time and became certified as a sleep consultant from the renowned institution.
A specialist in obstetrics and gynecology with nine years of experience, having worked in various government and private hospitals. She has expertise in handling more than 1000 natural births and is a certified personal coach. Additionally, she is an accredited hypnobirthing trainer from KGH and a certified Dancing for Birth™ instructor (the first certified instructor in Africa and the Arab world) from DFB. She also trains courses on pregnancy and childbirth fears and is a practitioner of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and personality analysis using multiple programs.
She obtained a Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery in 2014, followed by a Clinical Doctorate in Psychiatry from the Sudanese Medical Specialization Board in 2022. She began her professional career as a psychiatry specialist at El-Tigani El-Mahi Hospital from 2022 to 2023, where she also worked as an assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Omdurman Islamic University. Subsequently, she worked as a psychiatry specialist at Kosti Teaching Hospital, and currently, she is a psychiatry specialist at Zulekha Hospital in Dubai.
With extensive experience in working with patients and mothers at various stages, she was able to create a safe space for mothers postpartum, where they can enjoy the early months of their newborn
